At Seed & Sky, we believe that admissions success is not about shaping students into someone they are not. It is about helping them recognize, articulate, and refine what already makes them strong. Like the lotus flower, which flowers even as its seeds are planted, we believe students begin realizing their potential the moment they intentionally invest in their growth.
Our work is grounded in years of experience inside admissions offices and placement roles at rigorous independent schools and colleges. As a team, we have navigated highly competitive educational pathways ourselves. We attended independent schools, earned degrees from Ivy League and peer institutions, and bring a first-generation college perspective that shapes how we support students and families today.
Collectively, we have supported 100+ students to successfully place at 40+ premier independent schools and colleges, with a 100% placement rate. Beyond outcomes, we find genuine joy in helping students highlight their strengths, reflect on their experiences, and communicate their stories with confidence. Through writing coaching, interview preparation, thoughtful application strategy, and test preparation, we help students polish their materials while staying rooted in authenticity.
Our goal is not simply admission, but placement in environments where students can grow, belong, and thrive.
Our team holds advanced degrees from Ivy League institutions, brings firsthand admissions experience, and has achieved a 100% placement rate to rigorous high schools and colleges. Our work is informed by years spent inside admissions and placement roles, as well as deep, long-standing relationships within esteemed educational institutions. This firsthand knowledge allows us to guide families with clarity, credibility, and care through complex application processes.
